Chairman Zhang Juping, General Manager Zhang Mingyin, along with company executives and heads of various departments, gathered together to participate in this important meeting.

I. Performance Reports: Data as Evidence, Cases as Illustration, Showcasing Annual Achievements

At the beginning of the meeting, heads of each department took the stage in turn to deliver comprehensive and in-depth performance reports centered on the achievement of their department's KPI indicators for 2025, the results and effectiveness of key work tasks, and other aspects. The reports closely aligned with the Group's strategic objectives, using data as support and cases as evidence. They not only demonstrated the key role of each department in driving the Group's development but also candidly analyzed the challenges faced in their work.

The reports were detailed and specific, supported by comprehensive statistical data, clear and orderly chart presentations, and supplemented by vivid practical cases, showcasing from all angles the hard work and fruitful results of each department over the past year.

While summarizing achievements, department heads also faced up to shortcomings in their work with a sincere attitude, such as delays in project execution, slow payment collection, and the need to improve internal communication and collaboration efficiency, and proposed corresponding improvement measures.

II. Commentary and Guidance: Strategic Leadership, Precise Measures, Clarifying Development Goals

After the reporting session concluded, participating leaders conducted comprehensive assessments and scoring of each department head based on the content of their reports and actual performance, with a rigorous attitude and professional perspective. This segment was not only a quantitative evaluation of the past year's work results but also a comprehensive review of the management team's capabilities and potential, providing important reference for subsequent strategic decisions.

Chairman Zhang Juping provided commentary from the perspective of strategic planning, emphasizing that the Group should closely align with national environmental protection policy orientations, focus on core business areas, increase investment in cutting-edge fields such as AI technology and smart environmental protection to seize market opportunities; strengthen risk management and control, especially pre-bid background investigations, to reduce operational risks; and improve receivables management and control, taking effective measures to collect payments and reduce bad debt risks.

General Manager Zhang Mingyin, from the perspective of market competition and internal management, pointed out that the Group should continuously improve service quality, strengthen publicity and promotion efforts, and enhance brand awareness and reputation. At the internal management level, General Manager Zhang Mingyin noted the need to optimize management processes, improve work efficiency, reduce operating costs, and make the Group more efficient and flexible in internal management.
